How long does shipping take?

I try to ship orders out within 1-2 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once I drop it off it is out of my control.

Says order is shipped, but there is no USPS update?

USPS can take a day or two to scan or pick up packages.

Other times, USPS forgets to scan in packages, and tracking isn't updated until the package is delivered. If there is a problem with tracking, please wait until the latest delivery date to request a refund.

Is shipping tracked?
Tracking is included with standard shipping but not lettermail. Lettermail will be shipped in a stamped envelope.

Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately I only ship to the US.

Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been shipped yet, a refund may be issued. Please send me an email as soon as possible to request cancellation.
